7 Day Meal & Mindset Plan 🌿

Suggested times: Breakfast 10am · Lunch 12pm · Dinner 6pm

Start with 3 meals. After 30 days, move to 2 meals.

💧 Drink water throughout the day. Stay away from fizzy drinks and juices.

🍎 Snack on fruit if you need something between meals.

Eat enough for yourself — this is not about starving, it's about nourishing.

Day 2 — Build the Habit 🔥

🍳 Breakfast (10am): Scrambled eggs with bacon and beans

🍲 Lunch: Chicken soup, how you like it

🍝 Dinner: Chicken pasta

🧠 Mindset Prompt: What old habits am I ready to leave behind to make room for a healthier me?

Day 3 — Stay the Course 🌱

Affirmation: I am not on a diet — I am building a lifestyle. This is sustainable and it is mine.

Day 5 — Keep Going 🙌

🍳 Breakfast (10am): Omelette with mushrooms, cheese and tomatoes

🦀 Lunch: Crab salad with medium steak

🥩 Dinner: Grilled beef

🧠 Mindset Prompt: What motivates me most — how I look, how I feel, or my energy levels? Focus on that today.

Affirmation: I am fuelling my body with intention. Every meal is an act of self-love.

Day 6 — Push Through 💥

🍚 Breakfast (10am): Creamy porridge with mango and Anchor butter

🥗 Lunch: Potato salad with chicken thigh

🍗 Dinner: Baked chicken drumsticks with soy sauce

🧠 Mindset Prompt: When I feel like giving up, what do I remind myself of? Write it down and keep it close.

Affirmation: I am disciplined, consistent and capable. I do not quit on myself.

Day 7 — Celebrate & Reset 🎉
